The process consists of identifying areas within a facility and rating each area according to risk factor. After each area has been identified and properly zoned for risk, then one of our certified walkway auditors will test the static co-efficient of friction of the floor using the latest in slip resistance testing. The BOT -3000 which is a Binary Output Tribometer that will read the Static Co-efficient of friction under both wet and dry conditions. This information will then be compiled into a detailed report and forwarded to your company for review. All information in the report is confidential and stored in a secure data bank. In the event an accident does occur the information can readily be made available upon request. This report will then alert the company as to any problem and potentially unsafe floor conditions.
